Aggiornamento della Banned List di FOW Dicembre 2025

Ciao, sovrani!

Come ogni uscita, abbiamo un nuovo aggiornamento alla Banned list e Combinazione Banned list!

Questo aggiornamento è post-WGP2025 e, come negli anni precedenti, vi permettiamo di giocare i mazzi WGP senza modifiche, così potrete sperimentare i mazzi campione in tutto il loro splendore.

Paradox è attualmente un formato estremamente diversificato. La Top 4 del WGP 2025 era composta da quattro mazzi diversi, con quattro sovrani diversi, a dimostrazione del fatto che il formato sta prosperando.

Allo stesso modo, la controparte del WGP 2025 ha dimostrato che anche Wanderer sta prosperando, poiché la sua Top 4 presentava anch'essa quattro mazzi diversi, con quattro sovrani diversi.

Pertanto, siamo molto felici di aver raggiunto l'obiettivo che ci eravamo prefissati con la Banned list e Combinazione Banned list per entrambi i formati. Non vediamo l'ora di vedere come ci sorprenderete con nuovi mazzi che utilizzano le carte di Journey to Ravidra!

Parliamo un po' di Arcana Battle Colosseum. Il nostro team di sviluppo ha giocato ad Arcana Battle Colosseum (e alla sua nuova variante, Arcana Battle Colosseum: Defiant) per mesi, perfezionando il formato per renderlo ancora più divertente di prima. Date un'occhiata al nuovo ABC CR per saperne di più.

Purtroppo, questo significa aggiungere alcune carte alla Banned list. Queste carte si trovano negli Structure Deck ABC, ma poiché quei mazzi hanno più di un anno, abbiamo deciso che era giunto il momento di aggiornare la Banned list di Arcana Battle Colosseum (non viene aggiornata da un anno!).

E a proposito del CR, il nostro team di sviluppo, insieme al team delle regole e alla persona che aggiorna il CR, ha preso appunti per tutto l'anno su cose che dovrebbero essere migliorate, modificate o non sono del tutto chiare, sia nel CR che nelle Floor Rules, così come nei Regolamenti. Tuttavia, il team FOW ha deciso di aspettare fino alla fine del WGP 2025 per implementare queste modifiche.

Pertanto, gli aggiornamenti di CR e Floor Rules richiederanno un po' più di tempo perché, a causa di tutto il lavoro accumulato per WGP, non sono ancora disponibili. Ma non preoccupatevi! Saranno disponibili online la prossima settimana.

AGGIORNAMENTI WANDERER 

Wall of Wind (TMS-064) (WL005)

Muro di Vento è stato nella Banned list di Wanderer per molto tempo. In questo periodo, l'interazione con l'area di inseguimento ha avuto oscillazioni di popolarità, con questo periodo in cui vengono giocati "meno" magia di annullamento (anche se questo non è del tutto accurato, dato che praticamente tutti i mazzi nella Top 8 del WGP utilizzavano il 20-25% di incantesimi di annullamento vento). Ultimamente, Wanderer è diventato il formato "veloce" per Force of Will, mentre Paradox è diventato il formato "lento". Per incoraggiare ulteriormente i giocatori a usare di nuovo l'interazione con l'area di inseguimento, e poiché la nuova abilità con parola chiave [Untouchable] è un'abilità evergreen dell'attributo Acqua, crediamo che sia il momento perfetto per rendere nuovamente disponibile Muro di Vento. Pertanto, tenendo presente questo, abbiamo deciso che Muro di Vento (TMS-064) (WL005) non è più banned.

Bloody Moon (CMF-021) + Fleeting Moon Jewel (MP01-115)

Tutti i mazzi che possono facilmente sfruttare questa interazione sono attualmente giocati molto raramente, oppure il loro motore è nella lista delle combinazioni bandite. Dato che Wanderer viene giocato alle massime velocità e con pochissime pietre, riteniamo che questo divieto di combinazione sia superflua.

Horn of Sacred Beasts (SKL-099) + Zhenwu, Dragonborn Lord (ATD-003)

Siamo a conoscenza della nuova combo "infinita" che sia Fu Xi che Efreet possono creare con Zhenwu, Dragonborn Lord. Tuttavia, questa combo è stata progettata dal nostro team di sviluppo ed eravamo consapevoli del suo livello di potenza. Volevamo aspettare che la distribuzione di Journey to Ravidra rendesse le carte ATD disponibili a tutti i giocatori prima di implementare questo divieto di combinazione, poiché sappiamo che la potenza combinata di queste due carte è decisamente troppo elevata..

AGGIORNAMENTI PARADOX

Eternal Pact with Barust (DRC-092) + Ravidra, the Forgotten City (JRV-099) & Skulk's Assault Troopers (TSR-026) + Ravidra, the Forgotten City (JRV-099)

Sia Eternal Pact with Barust che Skulk’s Assault Troopers creano un vantaggio in termini di pietra se combinati con Ravidra, the Forgotten City. Sebbene questo sia accettabile in Wanderer, consentendo ai mazzi con meno colori (e attributo fuoco) di entrare direttamente in campo come potenziali contendenti, in Paradox crea un vantaggio diverso da quello che desideriamo per il formato. Con questo in mente, abbiamo deciso di bandire queste carte in Paradox.

AGGIORNAMENTI ARCANA BATTLE COLOSSEUM 

Come spiegato in precedenza, il nostro team di sviluppo ha giocato ad Arcana Battle Colosseum per mesi, testando diverse opzioni e varianti di mazzo. Pertanto, alcune carte che interferiscono con il flusso di gioco quando sono presenti molti giocatori (come Kushiel, Archangel of Punishment) o che pongono fine alla partita da sole (come The Awakening of Grusbalesta) sono ora nella Banned list di Arcana Battle Colosseum. Continueremo a lavorare sulla Banned list di ABC (e ABC:D) per garantire che il formato Force of Will, meno competitivo, rimanga divertente come lo è sempre stato..
